We would like to spotlight Michael Wagner. I am pleased to share that Michael Wagner has successfully completed one year of dedicated service as a Maintenance Technician within our organization. Over this time, he has demonstrated exceptional skills and commitment, proving to be an invaluable asset to both his team and our property.   Affectionately known as Wagner, he has recently been promoted to the position of Maintenance Supervisor. In this elevated role, Wagner has exhibited remarkable leadership qualities by actively contributing to the training of new staff, imparting various skills to fellow technicians, and effectively overseeing their daily responsibilities. His proactive approach includes daily check-ins with each department to ensure everyone is well-informed about the day's activities within the maintenance department.

  Wagner's dedication extends beyond the standard workweek, as he consistently sends words of encouragement and praise to the team through the group chat, even on his days off. This not only fosters a positive work culture but also reflects his unwavering commitment to the success of the entire team.

  We sincerely appreciate Michael's outstanding contributions, and we eagerly anticipate his continued growth and impact within the organization.

December brought the joy of the season to Prince Resort, hosting multiple successful Company Christmas parties and a delightful Christmas luncheon. The resort adorned itself in holiday splendor, creating a magical backdrop for our guests to savor. New Year's Eve was a grand success, boasting exceptional decorations, service, and unforgettable oceanfront dining. As we step into 2024, anticipate a flurry of group activities. 

January marks the kickoff of church couples retreats at Prince Resort. Meanwhile, HOA meetings are slated for the month's end. We're also gearing up for Fastpitch Dreams in February.
